Starve a cold or eat lots of fruits and veggies

After about 10 years of study… I have figured out that a common cold may simply be sensitivities to certain foods.

Imagine, never having the common cold again.

A great way to find out if you are sensitive to foods is using a food sensitivity app. You can do this without an app also.

Check your resting heart rate in the morning before you get out of bed. Let's say it's 60 bpm.
When you are ready for breakfast, check your resting heart rate again. Let's say it's 62 bpm. Then after you are done eating, check it one more time. Let's say it is still 62 bpm. Now set a timer for 30 minutes. When the timer goes off, make sure you're sitting down and you're relaxed and check your resting heart rate again. is it still 62 bpm? Did it go up? Set a timer for another 30 minutes. When the timer goes off, check your resting heart rate again.  make sure you write this down. Set your alarm for 30 more minutes. Make sure you're sitting down and relaxed and check your heart rate once more. This is the last time. Did your heart rate go up more than 16 bpm?  If any of your readings are higher than 16 beats a minute, you could have a sensitivity to the food that you just ate.

If that seems like a lot of work, there are apps that will help you. Check your app store for food sensitivity checker. If you originally got sick because of a food sensitivity, you do not want to eat more of this offending food.

Most people will have cold or flu like symptoms after eating dairy, which is in salad dressings, ice cream and so many other products.  It's most likely like a sinus infection. Possibly feel like allergies caused by a fever etc.

And lots of processed meat like hot dogs and lunch meat, there are nitrates that will cause you to feel like you have stiff joints, arthritis, pain in the joints, and even muscle cramps that will seem like a headache.

So a common cold, could mean food sensitivity issues. While drinking lots of fluids as in water, I would suggest you juice and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
